I need some good knives for a cookery course I was taking and Grace was exceptionally helpful, e planning everything to me and letting me try out the knives on my fingers before I make my choice. Sorry, do I say fingers? I meant some carrots. Fingers was when I got home.

Very friendly staff at the shop of Braintree. We were very pleased with the offer of 30% off.
Bought some things as well. Very happy to see the stock almost sold so it facilitates the renovation soon to start. It also means like us other people appreciate the quality and functionality of the items pro cook sells.

Have been a customer for sometime. The experience and products are always first class. Added a new bread knife and a number of smaller items to my collection of Pro Cook hardware. Staff always helpful and not 'pushy'.
