Effortless shopping experience
I knew what I wanted before my visit to the shop. A sales assistant who was standing near the entrance guided me to the items and took them to the till. The whole experience was effortless and took less than 5 minutes. Only downside was that a donation to Magic Breakfast was added without my knowledge and I only realised when I looked at my bank statement. I’m very happy to donate to such a good cause but the assistant at the till should have told me about it.

Not so Pro Egg Poacher
I purchased a gourmet egg poacher in store at Braintree,
After 2 uses the tray holding the egg poacher trays has increased in size slightly and does not fit the pan correctly, I think this is very poor quality and returned it to the store. The store would not refund the cost and only offered a replacement or gift voucher. As the tray assembly appeared to be very cheap and not up to usual standard I accepted a credit towards another purchase. As the tray was obviously not fit for purpose I do not understand why they cannot refund. Note I have been using Precook TriPly pans for years and they are great.
