Brilliantly laid out shop, clean everything is well displayed and easy to find.
Couldn’t pass up on a few items when they were on sale. Very polite staff and great experience.

Excellent customer service from Guga and Friah from the Bham ProCook shop.
They had extensive product knowledge, professional, polite and welcoming.
These two women (and the staff from the Bham store, guided by the manager Rupert) are the reason to make the effort to return to shops as opposed to scrolling online! They made the shopping experience enjoyable…AGAIN!!!!!
