Fantastic experience and service!
I had a fantastic experience at ProCook. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, taking the time to understand what I was looking for and allowing me to try different knives to get a real feel for them. They provided a great range of affordable options and gave excellent explanations of the differences between the various sets. I left with a brilliant set of knives and couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Ella you were fantastic
We have Visited pro cook in Birmingham bullring today and met a lovely staff member called Ella. She was so helpful in choosing a nice set of knives for us as we were so undecided. We didn’t want to go for some cheap knives as we want knives to last forever really. We managed to come to a decision and we purchased the Nihon knives with block! Thanks Ella! Your a credit to pro cook 👩🍳 🧑🍳

Easy Birthday Shopping for a food lover
I always enjoy shopping in ProCook and this time was just as great. I asked a staff member about some knives and they were able to get me brand new ones from the back for the specific colour as well. It was a gift for my wife’s birthday and she absolutely loves the quality of them.
