Beautifully laid out store
Beautifully laid out store, friendly (but not overbearing) and helpful staff. All in all a great experience. Would not hesitate to shop there again.

Great customer service
I bought a set of knives and honestly wasn't expecting to be able to try them in store, saw how cleanly they cut though some veg and the product pretty much sold itself. The staff member who I now wish I got his name was great aswell, stuck around for pretty much all the browsing I needed to do and made sure that safety when testing the knives was done properly.

It's not suitable for inductions as…
It's not suitable for inductions as it's explained on it that any kind of pot will start working on it. But it's not. I wasted my money on it. Truly it's not good and left marks on my induction.
