I bought knives
I bought knives . I was given a chopping board and potatoe to test them and offered advice on both how to sharpen and take care of them by the assistant good quality lovely knives

Great VFM
Guided by the assistant to purchased the deal of three knifes for £9. Knives seems ideal for everyday use in the kitchen. All three come with a protective sheath on the blade to prevent accidental injury when selecting from drawer.
Great value for money.

Really great shopping experience
Really great shopping experience. I was mulling over whether to get some new baking tins and the member of staff came over to help. She let me talk it through, without pushing me into my decision, which I appreciated. I was also delighted to learn that there was money off them.

Misleading Sign
I believe the signs in your shop were quite misleading and a young girl assistant was not very helpful.
Seemed unable to resolve my query or have any idea how to pass on my complaint.

Shopping for chef’s knives
Shop is well laid out with lots of choices within the product range. I explained to the staff member what I wanted and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products I wanted explaining to me about each set and giving me a chance to test them test each type

Staff were helpful
Staff were helpful. All items were good except the silicone whisk. The silicone had come apart. I didn't notice when I bought it. I could have purchased one locally much cheaper
