Lovely shop and staff
Lovely bright and clean shop. The staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. Offered to wrap our purchase which was a nice touch. We plan to return in a few weeks to buy more items.

Useful to see things online
This is the second time I've seen a product on Procook's website, then gone to their shop to buy it. The emails are very useful, especially to inform of sales. I am very happy with my new frying pan. It is beautiful.

So far so good
Quality knife good edge, broad blade good to run against back of fingers whilst chopping. Yet to see how it sharpens on the wet stone as recently purchased.

This was my first visit to Pro Cook, and I was looking for some affordable kitchen items for a family member who enjoys cooking. I found several items that I have not seen in other cook shops and with competitive prices. The items in the shop look to be good quality.
The person who served me took care to wrap up a fragile item.
