ProCook - Castleford Avis

Love this shop. Loads of little gadgets as well that you did not know you needed

With Procook you get exactly what you pay for. Top quality products for a good price. Yes you may think they are expensive but the quality you get is superb. The staff are all very friendly and helpful too. I will definitely be adding to my kitchen through them again.

Bought Salt and pepper pots and staff were very friendly and helpful with advice about other products.

Was given an amazing amount of really useful information and assisted in choosing the right product.

Love my new ice cube trays and container and loved the fact they were half price.
Friendly staff.

I came back for the sheathed knives. I bought a chopping knife with a sheath that has been great to use. I came back hoping to find a sheathed carving knife to replace my unsheathing one as it is a hazard at home. I also bought some wine glasses on sale while I was there. Your staff were attentive, helpful and efficient (working together to wrap my glasses)

Very helpful staff.

Good choice of products at a good price and good customer service.

The staff were very helpful in making my choice of knives. The knives are good quality at this price point and look amazing.

Lots to choose from for your kitchen. Lovely helpful staff.

Good customer service.

Great service and great value for money.

We just needed some decent everyday mugs. We had been to various supermarkets or stores but found nothing we liked. The ones we saw at ProCook were nice and plain like we wanted and well made. They were also all wrapped very well and separately so great for taking home safely. They were a very good buy.

We had a few little problems with our coffee machine and dealt with a lady called Sally at the Castleford branch. What a lovely breath of fresh air this lady is, really cares, excellent customer service and ProCook are lucky to have her working for them. Sorted the problem, replaced the machine, no fuss no bother and all with a smile. ProCook Directors/Managers you need to seek this lady out and give her a big thank you and well done. It’s with people like this that keep customers coming back to the shop.

Brilliant service with very friendly staff who are more than willing to go through any advice you may need. Great offers on pots, pans and urensils means its well worth a look for a decent set of kitchenware.

staff were very helpful and guided me to the product best suited for my needs, also price was really good.

Lovely presented shop with loads of useful reasonably priced kitchen items & lovely helpful sales assistants.

Shop well laid out and staff friendly. Bought stuff in sale which was a bonus.

The staff are so approachable. I needed information and thought they were extremely knowledgeable. Answered my questions and I bought two frying pans instead of the one I intended to buy.
