The staff are so approachable. I needed information and thought they were extremely knowledgeable. Answered my questions and I bought two frying pans instead of the one I intended to buy.

We bought a graphite wok from Castleford and the staff were more than helpful, it was the second item we have bought and will definitely be going back.

Good quality goods and great service from the staff. Advised on the products I was buying and new stock that would be arriving in the future that would be perfect for my kitchen. Thanks for all of your help and I will be back to the store for its reopening in June.

The person serving at the counter
The person serving at the counter, was huffing and puffing when asked a few details about the product . You can clearly see from my transactions before how many products I have purchased from pro cook. I was utterly disappointed this time by the experience!
