Genuinely staff were so helpful like offering their assistance and advice which is a small touch but makes you more appreciated in a way, service was great too.. they knew more about pans than me!

always visit but noticed they had moved…
always visit but noticed they had moved to a larger store, must bigger and better laid out, we found a table cloth on a display near the entrance and it was the perfect fit and colour for what we were looking for the staff very friendly as always.but as this was the first shop we went in we only bought a pair of training chopsticks with the plan to re visit later in the morning.

Service as it should be
My experience at Pro Cook at Cheshire Oaks was overwhelmingly positive. The lady that initially approached us was highly professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. I would definitely recommend the store to others.

Purchased salt and pepper mills from…
Purchased salt and pepper mills from Cheshire Oaks. After returning home to N.Wales noticed the plastic cap from under one was missing. Living so far from the nearest store we phoned the store in Cheshire Oaks and they very kindly mailed us a replacement. Couldn’t expect better service than that. All credit to the staff.

Happy wife, Happy life
I went in to buy cook's knife set for my wife's birthday. Whilst initially we were left alone to peruse I eventually required assistance. The assistant stopped what she was doing and carefully explained the various differences in the available knifes. Having chosen I was allowed to test the balance etc. Overall a great and successful shop, having got what I desired and also greater understanding of the product.

Visited the store at Cheshire Oaks and found the exact item I was looking for at a great price.The staff member was very helpful and passed great advise. Pro Cook even gave me some discount as I have a Blue Light card. Excellent service!

Always a treat to visit a Pro Cook shop, especially at Cheshire Oaks. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the fabulous variety of products. Have never left the shop empty handed!! Highly recommend - well worth a visit.
