The advice and customer service was excellent. The product however has an enormous sticky label on that I am still trying to remove. Very annoying

The colleague serving was coughing into…
The colleague serving was coughing into her hands and she didn’t apply any hand sanitizer after - she continued to touch my products. Her tone was off from the outset I suspect this was due to a glass i’d left elsewhere which I only did as I wanted to show it to my friend and after that I would’ve returned it. Just not the best customer service.

We went in to look for a knife set
We went in to look for a knife set. We were very overwhelmed by choice but ended up being helped by a member of staff called Katie. Katie was amazing she was so knowledgeable and friendly. She was extremely helpful and so welcoming too. She helped us make our decision and we are so happy that she was there to guide us. She’s an asset to your team.
