ProCook - Cribbs Causeway Avis 

Very friendly staff very welcoming and the layout of the store

I was looking for fairly inexpensive plastic containers to use in the freezer.
Pro Cook were selling sets if five containers for just £5.00.
They have proved perfect for my needs.
In addition I was served immediately by a friendly and polite member of staff.

The female staff who served me in the Cribbs Causeway Store Bristol was so helpful, she went over and above with more help than I was expecting whilst looking at teapots.
Mentioning that I’d recently bought a Denby which dribbled tea everywhere after every pour she suggested if I saw a particular one and would like to try in store by filling with water to see what the pour was like she could get it filled to try. This is exactly what she did for me not once but twice with two pots.
The result being i was happy and purchased a good pouring tea pot which happened to be their own Procook brand at £20.
This was half the amount I’d paid for the Denby one.
Have now used it at home and very pleased not to be needing a cloth to wipe my work tops after every pour.
Wish I’d got her name as it was great service. She was very cheerful & happy to help without pushing for a sale.

Having searched everywhere for a new dining set we came across a beautiful one in Procook. We’ve bought a number of items there before and always pleased with the quality and this is proving to be no exception. Lovely helpful staff around who really put themselves out creates a great shopping experience.

Purchased a set of Pro Cook professional granite pans for our new induction hob. The pans are non stick ceramic coating and are PFAS free

Usual helpful ladies. Went for 2 things, obtained both with no fuss. Nice quality items, which you don't find in your supermarket cheapo kitchen stuff aisles.
