Lovely shop to browse in
It was the first time I had shopped at ProCook. I needed kitchen scissors - which I found very easy to locate. Lovely shop to browse and nicely displayed all kitchen requirements. I would certainly shop there again.

Defective products
After a hard sale from one of the staff, I ended up buying a plate and bowl set and was not overly impressed with them. The bowls were not glazed properly and one plate had a hairline crack.
We returned just the faulty item to the store in Bath, which is more local and we're told they cannot replace individual item, even though their guarantee states they can. After challenging the staff member, they reluctantly replaced.
Not great products at all, I advise people to ask the staff to check below leaving the store!
