There were only 3 matching bowls on show but I needed four. Two members of staff searched in the stockroom until they found a box of four for me ! Very satisfied with help given.

Although the pan is probably really good, it doesn't make you aware on the packaging the exterior coating is enamel, so not the traditional cast iron finish we wanted.

The member of staff went above and beyond when we shopped, he suggested the best quality that we can afford and the deals that were on so we could save money. It's very rare to find a shop that does not push profit above the customer.

Lots of choice, good quality products
Lots of choice. Good quality.
Most products were perfect, scales, salt and pepper grinder, glass oven casserole dish, cutlery.
Unfortunately small frying pan ( ideal size for a fried or poached egg, doesnt wirk on my induction hob so will need to returned.
