Excellent customer service in-store
I bought a stoneware dinner set to replace my mismatched plates at home. Quality is not amazing but it looks smart and is usable, but one dinner plate had a patch of missing paint/glaze which I didn't find acceptable at all, especially for an item that will be constantly used and washed. I contacted the store directly via email and asked if I could swap the faulty plate as the entire dinnerware set was rather heavy to carry back to store. The staff member replied very quickly and agreed to resolve the issue with swapping the plate over, ensuring that the one she gave me was free from defects. Very pleased with the outcome and the level of customer service received.

Service - excellent. She presented details about the product I was interested in buying and also was knowledgable about similar products for comparison. In and out in less than 15 minutes. My kind of shopping.

Bamboo expandable cutlery tray - perfect!
I purchased the bamboo expandable cutlery drawer insert. Really great product. I found it difficult to find something that looks nice that was at the right depth, having an old kitchen, but this is perfect. Very happy.
