Very helpful retail assistant
Very helpful retail assistant, showed us various options whilst we were unsure of which set of knives we should purchase. As elderly customers(84 & 78) with varying arthritic problems with our hands she allowed us to handle the knives to ensure that we could both manage to use them . We are very pleased with our purchase & wouldn't hesitate to return to Pro Cook if we are in need of any further kitchen gadget s to make our life easier knowing that your staff are so helpful

When I got home one of the pack of 4 melamine plates was broken. We were out for a day trip an hour from home so too far to return the plate
