Lovely shop … lovely staff.. bought some knives from fleetwood … refreshing to be able to try what I wanted before I purchased. Lots of safe handling processes addressed when being able to try the knives… purley around the situation on selling knives protocols … lovely staff 👌🏾

The assistant was very attentive
The assistant was very attentive. She gave us options and we ended up with a 6 piece set plus and extra frying pan. Great service all round.

We love the Procook shop at Fleetwood
We love the Procook shop at Fleetwood! We finally had money and a reason to purchase a new set of knives and a dinner set. Sharon the manager went above and beyond to help us and ensure we got the full set of knives that we wanted. We couldn’t be more grateful and wanted you to know that she is an absolute asset to your store. When we got our items they were fabulous quality and we are over the moon with them. Thank you. We will definitely be back again.
