Great customer service
The guys in pro cook really know there stuff. I was well advised by Sharon. I bought more than I thought I would. It was a really wonderful experience. Can’t wait to go back thanks again.

The products are of high quality but…
The products are of high quality but every time we visit we get treated like we're stealing and followed. We have spent over £5000 in last 2yrs at Fleetwood branch and have brought this to the attention of management but still happens. Very disappointing and will visit other branches in future

Great service
Great service. Friendly staff too and that's always a big bonus for me. I deal with customers myself and that is one of my big things. It costs nothing to be friendly, honest and polite 😀
