First time visiting Affinity what a lovely little place. Visited on Saturday 25th July in the morning. Spotted what I wanted in the window went inside was greeted with a friendly hello as we walked in... Voir plus
Staff very helpful. Pans heavy but seemed good quality. First use followed instructions to the letter. Pan marked on the bottom inside only boiling pasta. Not a good for the price.....
This lady sold us s set of knives, she was so knowledgeable about keeping them sharp, not putting in dishwasher! Showed us a demonstration on fruit! Wasnt gonna to bother as these were made in China... Voir plus

We love the Procook shop at Fleetwood
We love the Procook shop at Fleetwood! We finally had money and a reason to purchase a new set of knives and a dinner set. Sharon the manager went above and beyond to help us and ensure we got the full set of knives that we wanted. We couldn’t be more grateful and wanted you to know that she is an absolute asset to your store. When we got our items they were fabulous quality and we are over the moon with them. Thank you. We will definitely be back again.

Excellent service and range of products
Very helpful and knowledgeable person working in the shop. Offered advice which was helpful but was not 'pushy' or off-putting in any way.
My friend and I bought several products because we were offered help and then left to make our choices. Excellent customer service.
I love the extremely small frying pan I bought. I've been looking for a really small one for ages.
There is an excellent range in the shop which was tidy and well presented.

We returned to the Fleetwood store while in the area because we had such a good experience there on our previous visit to the store and both members of staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the items we purchased which helped us make a decision which to buy
