ProCook - Hereford Avis 

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff with a massive range of kit, one of my favourite shops!

Overall a good experience but felt like we was being followed around the shop by a staff member which made us feel uneasy.

I bought some professional stainless steel frying pans for my son, knowing he is very fond of ProCook products. The assistant was very helpful, told me she had the same ones I was buying and told me I needed to season them first. However, none of the guidelines that came with the pans mentioned this.
My son was delighted with the frying pans. The research we have done since then reveals some controversy, with some saying you should season them and others not. It would be good to know what ProCook thinks on this topic and perhaps include their recommendations in the accompanying care guide information. He first used them without seasoning them and they seemed fine. All in all, lovely pans.

We only popped in to nose, Sunday 8th Feb, and found all staff so helpful, polite, personable and professional.

Ended up with a pressure cooker, steak knives, cast iron cooking pot and a few utensils.

All staff should be recognised by the company.

So glad we visited.

Staff were friendly & helpful. The shop looked clean & offers were very clear.

We wanted to treat ourselves to a super new kitchen knife and the staff at ProCook could not have been more helpful. The lady who served us took us through the various blades on offer and let us try them out on vegetables on their cutting board in store. She could not have been more helpful and was charming. The store is big bright and cheerful. You'll love it!

The layout of the Pro Cook in Hereford shop was easy to buy things such as the grater and battery powered salt and pepper pots. There is no Pro Cook store in Shrewsbury at all so I headed to Hereford.instead. The staff were excellent and have deeper knowledge of all the products at Pro Cook. I highly recommend Pro Cook for kitchen ware.

Brilliant assistant in this branch! We were looking for the best sharp kitchen knife, and the gentleman couldn't have been more accommodating in sorting out the best knife and also telling us all about it, including a demonstration of how to keep the knife sharp! Best customer service we have ever experienced in Hereford!!!
