I bought some dinner wear and added some coffee mugs from another store when I got home I realized I had the wrong mugs,I took them back to the Huntington branch and exchanged them for the right one's,the two ladies were wonderful very helpful and they did wonder how the mix up could happen.
The procook shop have some really nice kitchen pieces and I will definitely be buying from there again

We bought 2 saucepans
We bought 2 saucepans. The label says "DISHWASHER SAFE " (we wanted that feature) but on the reverse side of the label it recommended that you DO NOT put the saucepans in the dishwasher. We did not know this until we opened them at home. So be careful when buying these.

Thank you for your review - the pans can be placed in the dishwasher however we would recommend hand washing for longevity and performance. If the pans remain unused you can return them to store for a replacement or refund

Shopping experience
It was very nice browsing around the shop. We purchased a can opener. But when we tried it when we
Arrived home we wasn’t very successful using it.
We returned to the shop and asked if we could change it for a battery operated one. To our delight it worked well.
We was very pleased with the service we received.
Very nice staff who helped us on both occasions.
