Felt the staff could be more engaging
Felt the staff could be more engaging, the customer service was poor, felt we were a bit of an inconvenience to be honest! On a positive note the salt and pepper grinders are great!!!!

The lady who served us was so friendly and helpful. She explained all the deals that was on, this helped us make our purchase. We have purchased ProCook goods before. Prices very reasonable with good promotions.

The shop assistant was helpful
The shop assistant was helpful, pleasant but did not pester. The stock pot was the perfect size for our smaller oven and versatile as can be used on the hob and in the oven.
