Nice variety in shop bought 3 items unfortunately couldn't find the right worktop savers. Lady assistant was really polite and friendly gave us some tips. Will return.

Excellent quality products
We chose this company for its high end quality products which are priced accordingly and there was plenty of choice. We were given great advice from the assistant who was extremely knowledgeable and demonstrated the product as well as allowing us to use the product.

Absolutely perfect transaction
I've just bought a beautiful set of knives from your Thurrock Lakeside branch, although I love the knives, without doubt the best thing about my purchase was the staff member who served me, she was so helpful, I wanted to feel the knives and try them out, she really couldn't have been more obliging, her product knowledge was also 1st class, I'm actually planning a 2nd visit purely based on todays experience.
Although in the modern world online shopping is convenient, todays store visit proved that in-store shopping is still king.
(I really feel the staff member needs recognition)
