Your products are delicious and you have alot of choice.
Staff are friendly and helpful in my Lewes branch.
The reason I did not score you higher is because you recommend
microwave cooking and do not give enough instructions for alternative
methods of cooking the dishes that are not microwave only.

Good product range
Bought a bargain set of pans which felt great value for money. Really happy with them.
Staff were helpful, no sales pressure.

Pro Cook Lewes
The young man in Pro Cook Lewes was very helpful and knowledgeable and made our experience of buying a new set of saucepans very efficient and easy. Would recommend that shop to my friends and family.

Good advice from the young member of the team who took his time to discuss with us our thoughts on which pan would be the best for our needs.
He kept the pan for us to pick up after we’d finished our shopping in Lewes rather than having to carry it around. Advice on caring for the pan and how to clean it etc.

Lovely shop full of tempting kitchen equipment. It might all be own brand pro-cook, but from what we've seen the quality is as good as any of the big brands, and the prices are excellent.

Brilliant customer service & support!!!
I brought a large satay pan with lid on line, pan & lid were both brilliant. I then had an issue with the lid. I contacted the service team via email sending some pictures, they replaced the the lid with in a couple of days free of charge! Wonderful service. I have some more of there pans & a set of there knives, all brilliant would recommend them all to anyone!!!
