We only went in to look around but were bowled over at the quality of dinnerware and the prices on offer. Staff were very helpful and put us under no pressure to buy . Quality and choice was exact.

Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service. Couldn’t have done enough for me. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. As a result I spent more than I would have and am very happy with everything.
If all your stores offer the same service as the Livingston outlet I applaud your company. I’d give them a raise 😊

Great experience in store today!
Great experience in store today. We were hoping to find a new set of knives but with an unrealistic budget in mind. When discussing our needs with the lovely lady who worked in the store, she showed us two of their reduced sets, detailing the similarities they had with the others we liked and we were quick to grab them!
When we asked if they accepted Klarna in store, she did say she wasn't sure, but we were welcome to try our digital card. We were delighted it worked and the staff member was very enthusiastic to remember that it does in fact work in store.
We were really happy with the service in store; every member of staff we dealt with was super friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The knives have proven a worthy purchase too!

The range and quality of goods is excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive and the shop is always well stocked, well laid out and spotlessly clean.
