We only went in to look around but were bowled over at the quality of dinnerware and the prices on offer. Staff were very helpful and put us under no pressure to buy . Quality and choice was exact.

Returned a frying pan which had developed an issue with the ceramic coating after 15 months. The staff could not have been more helpful and provided great advice on a replacement.

Really pleasant experience
Came in looking for a new chopping board. Walked out with a chopping board, new knife holder and an egg poacher. The staff member that helped me was lovely and really listened to what I needed and made great suggestions. Really pleasant experience. I believe the lady who served me was called Jo.

Shopping
Came though from Glasgow for the day on Sunday to do a bit of shopping with my husband, popped into your store just having a look for some new pans seen a great deal and was away to ask someone about them when a really helpful guy approached us asking if we needed help, he was very nice and explained alot to us we ended up buying them and also a wok at a great price will definitely go back to that store again.

Good Value and great staff
In December I visited the Livingson store and was assisted very ably and personably by Maria as I was needing a full set of pans, and oven trays. She gave great advice on the products and I made my purchases. I returned in January and took advantage of the 15% discount afforded by you from my firtst purchase and bought 2 pans to complete my cookware.

The two young male staff were clean, tidy, smart, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and great with their customers. The shop was spotless and had some good offers. My wife was impressed. I had to pay!
