I gave Procook 4 rather than five because I had to buy a full 4 piece dinner service to replace one broken cereal bowl. They are good but the inability to buy a replacement bowl lets customers down.

The service was fantastic
The service was fantastic. Staff asked if I needed help with anything. Helped showing me how something worked. Extremely friendly and helpful without being at all pushy. Would definitely recommend. There was a great selection of kitchen ware and easy to find everything I needed.
