Brought a lovely kettle from the meadowhall store, the only issue there were no boxed ones only display so every single one was marked

I went into a store on spec to look at knife sharpeners. I've looked at, and had, various ones previously (not from ProCook) but nothing has really worked. The shop assistant was fantastic and had a great knowledge of their products but also a great knowledge of the type of metal our knife blades were made from, and why certain sharpening systems may not be ideal. So, based on that, I bought a sharpener and to date I haven't been disappointed with it. And, given the quality of the product, I'm sure that it will please for years to come. The assistant really was a credit to the store and the company in general. So, a great 👍 to them.

Beautiful layout really enjoyed my first visit. I specifically wanted to purchase a roasting tin,the choice was really good. A very friendly staff member passed by and commented on the choice I had made,she gave me advice without any sales pressure at all. My purchase was carefully wrapped in tissue paper and a guarantee was given within my email receipt,an extremely positive shopping experience thank you.

Lovely shop with a great choice of kitchen items. Price's are very reasonable. We bought a bread machine and have just tried it. The bread is lovely. The bread machine was a very good price and had good reviews.
