Great shopping
The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Gave 4 star because wish they had more choice of knife in my price range . I am happy with that i bought and would definitely shop there again.

Great customer services, lovely shop
The young lad in the shop was very helpful..I bought a lovely ceramic saucepan and I picked up the wrong one, ie the display one, so he got one in a box and put the other one back for me. He also explained about the guarantee. Maybe small things but it made me want to go there again in the future. It's also got lots of good quality items.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. The staff had good product knowledge and were very proud of the items they stock in the store. Staff were happy and welcoming throughout without being overbearing. We bought more items than originally planned due to the happy and helpful staff. Really pleased with our our purchases. The special offers were appealing and affordable in return for high quality products.

I’m so happy with my ProCook
I’m so happy with my ProCook products! I use the cast iron casserole and the milk pan all the time. They make food prep and cleanup such a breeze.
