The sales assistant was so knowledgeable and helpful when I was buying knives. The store was clean, well stocked with many kitchen gadgets I didn't know I needed!
Every member of staff were friendly and helpful. I was unsure as to what product I needed but after discussing what things I needed they pointed me out to a fantastic product.

Excellent products
The staff were helpful, friendly and knew about the products. The products are really good and have added extras i bought a milk saucepan that has a lid with 2 different sized pouring holes and a spout on each side, excellent for a few veg.

Good old fashioned serve, good to see
Served promptly and politely. The item we wanted was in stock and its condition checked at the till.
We have used ProCook previously and will definite use them again.
The man who served use provided usage advice also.

Great products, look to be excellent quality
I went to the Milton Keynes store, it was clean and tidy as you would expect, was laid out well. The staff were friendly, approachable but not pushy. Was a lovely relaxed store to browse and buy.
The products were excellent quality and a good range of stock.
