The sales assistant was so knowledgeable and helpful when I was buying knives. The store was clean, well stocked with many kitchen gadgets I didn't know I needed!
Every member of staff were friendly and helpful. I was unsure as to what product I needed but after discussing what things I needed they pointed me out to a fantastic product.

Rude staff
Walked in to purchase some stuff for our new house and it was completely empty, did not get acknowledged whatsoever or asked if we needed any help. 2 more customers walked in which both got greeted and asked if they needed help finding anything. Once we approached to pay we did not get the same treatment either

Always happy with the quality of their products and service. Really bugged by the sticky label on the USB salt mill that I bought however. It’s no exaggeration to say that it took me 20minutes to remove it (specifically the glue). There really was no need for it to be like this, after all it was inside a box. Details such as this can make or break a purchase.
