The sales assistant was so knowledgeable and helpful when I was buying knives. The store was clean, well stocked with many kitchen gadgets I didn't know I needed!
Every member of staff were friendly and helpful. I was unsure as to what product I needed but after discussing what things I needed they pointed me out to a fantastic product.

Much of my experience has been very good,but a mini processor proved awkward in trying to get the top off on first use. I had to return to the shop to get it working. An induction converter had an exceptionally sticky label which took three days of soaking and scrubbing to remove! Not ideal. Apart from those, very good.

Metal kitchen utensils.
The range of kitchen items was excellent. I was able to replace plastic utensils with good quality metal ones at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly & helpful.

I could not find the specific item I needed. After struggling for about 10 minutes I had to go to the counter and ask for assistants. I am also unhappy that the store is unable to provide a hard copy of my Guarentee.
