Just went into store not intending to buy anything, was very impressed with the way stock is displayed, can see everything clearly. Colleagues were attentive and welcoming, even asked if we were interested in the 3 for £10 offer .we did purchase a 12 egg holder . Would recommend and would definitely shop there again. This was in chapel field gardens shopping centre Norwich

Top quality
the staff in this store gave me information on the product that, if I had not known, purchased the wrong set of pans. I have an induction hob, she steered me to the right selection and gave advise which was constructive. I always purchase from here, and I have never been let down

The product itself was good
The product itself was good. I was dissapointed in the fact it was delivered not in a presentation box but in a normal cardboard box as this was for a wedding present I felt let down It was not the shops fault as they did not have one in stock and I had to order off line and that is how they came.
