Lady in shop in Norwich Chapelfield store was very helpful, let me try the knifes for feel in hand and cut up some veg overall it was a very good experience and am really happy with knives I bought

Shop looked really good but not really…
Shop looked really good but not really impressed by service of staff. I was looking for products and had to interrupt 3 members of staff talking at the till. Wasnt too worried about that but was shown where they were but never asked if I needed any help. I had seen the product online and it had been discounted. I had to go back to the 3 staff members and show the ones I was interested in on my phone and ask which ones they were. They were pointed out to me but the original price was still on them which would have encouraged other customers to be interested in them. It would be fair to say staff more interested in talking to each other then to customers on this occasion

Excellent choice of stock
Excellent choice of stock. Had everything we were looking for. Was very impressed with range of items for arthritic hands. Norwich staff lovely & friendly. Will be going in again soon.

Great Sales assistants, lovely choice of items.
All the sales assistants were so helpful during our visit to the Norwich store. I'm a wheelchair user and getting around the store isn't always easy, but they were happy to find what I needed and bring it to me with different options and take what I wanted to the till for me. They were all very friendly. The new store in Chantry Place has a lovely choice of items too.
