Pro Cook has a beautiful shop in Chapelfields Norwich full of a huge selection of cookware. I bought a 24” Elite Forged shallow casserole dish which I am delighted with. The quality is top drawer! The staff in the shop were very friendly and helpful.

Staff were friendly
Staff were friendly, the store is clean and tidy, I found what I was looking for easily.
The pestle and mortar I bought had been marked as half price in error but the staff honoured the discount and found me a boxed product to make it easy for me to carry.

First trip to Norwich for a while and…
First trip to Norwich for a while and saw this shop , not a name I recognise….but went and had a look around anyway.
It was a very nice shop with a great layout, and the staff were so nice and friendly.

Perfect teapot
After using one of your teapots in Waitrose cafe I just had to look online to see if I could purchase one as we love drinking loose tea rather than teabags and I found the them on your website so ordered one promptly and was thrilled to get it so quickly so well done Procook

Great service, great quality!
Really delighted with ProCook. I needed to buy a long-overdue new set of pots and pans, which was a big expense for me. I went into the Norwich branch (in The Chantry, NOT Notcutts, as it says on the adress below!) several times to look and think about it, and every time got friendly service and really expert advice from the staff - they all know their stock! I settled on one of their cheaper ranges, and I couldn't be more delighted with the quality - I love using them! Wish I'd done this months ago...

Well laid out store
Initially assistance seemed unaware of us in the store. We were undecided about an item of interest, so decided to leave it for another day. Just as we decided to leave, we were approached by a pleasant young lady who asked if we needed help or advice. Having discussed our needs, we decided to try one of the dishes that we were in two minds about.
