Great service the colleague gave me greay advice so I didnt sharpen my Japanese knives wrong. As there are different ways of sharpening. Products are excellent quality and a good price.

Service with a smile even when very busy in the store
The assistant checked stock when there were not enough plates on display, and even though the shop was very busy, nothing was too much trouble. We didn't wait long at the tills, and again, the assistant was lovely. Went back later to get more presents for family for Christmas, again, I was met with smiles. Love shopping here! Well done. Service was superb.

We wanted an unlined frying pan
We wanted an unlined frying pan. Found it here as opposed to elsewhere. Staff very helpful and found a lid to match which wasn't with the original display.

Burnt from being Mis-sold
I purchased ProCook Tri-Ply saucepans in Gunwharf Quays store and and made the decision to buy them because I was told that they had cool touch handles.
I burnt my hand lifting a lid because the lids don't have CoolTouch® handles.
I checked online and it states they do have CoolTouch® handles.
I contacted ProCook three days ago and made a complaint of mis-selling and requested an explanation but ProCook have not responded.
I think that's appalling when I got burnt because ProCook fail to state that the lid handles are not CoolTouch® and get hot.
UPDATE: ProCook has now rung me, asked what I cook on and on being told that I cook on a gas range they promptly said that when I purchased the pans I should have been told that cooking on gas causes the CoolTouch handles to become hot.
Unbelievable! It would not have made any difference what reply I had given as that information is not stated on their website so it remains a mis-sell and I will take this matter further.
Perhaps ProCook could explain just how many professional kitchens they have ever seen using electric hobs.
The pans I purchased are unfit for purpose and the ProCook is an unprofessional company. They must and will take responsibility for incorrectly selling expensive saucepans claiming them to have cool touch handles when it is a false statement made to mis-sell products.

Exceptional service…
Member of staff was pleasant and professional. She helpfully checked stock and found the item we wanted and put it aside so we could collect it when leaving the centre.
