Great service the colleague gave me greay advice so I didnt sharpen my Japanese knives wrong. As there are different ways of sharpening. Products are excellent quality and a good price.

Enjoyable experience
Purchased some kitchen knives at a very good price and now I have the enjoyment of using a new knife for the next few weeks - what’s not to like?! The staff are also really lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Very pleased with my purchase and assistance provided
I wanted a set of kitchen knives. I looked at the deals but wasn’t sure what was the best option. The assistant spent time with me and explained the differences and prices of various options. She also demonstrated a few types and styles. I’m very pleased with my purchase and the level of assistance provided. Full marks!

Good visit
Dog friendly, which is always appreciated. Staff were nice and we picked up some on sale bargains. Unfortunately they didn't have a couple of things I was after, but being a retail outlet shop (Gunwharf Quays) they may not have had the full range.

The member of staff a young lady called Jade, was more than helpful, her knowledge and advice was of a very high standard. Because of this I purchased my new pan, with the intention of replacing all my old induction pots.

Great service in shop
The lady was very helpful, on asking she checked the stock in store but could not find a new pan. She offered us a 10% discount for the display one. Very polite

Excellent service and professionalism!
I recently came to the store looking to purchase a few last minute items before Christmas for family and items for baking some sweet treats, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the staff despite their young age. A young lad called George helped me find a few items, And Tom helped me checkout and offered me some extra bits i needed at the till. I will definitely be coming back and using this store again it has so many wonderful goodies.
