Everything was easy to find very friendly staff

The ladies at GunWharf Pro Cook were exceptional.
They gave me the Best customer service . We visited the shop on 16th July 2026 at around 6:30pm . Not only did they go over the pricing of knives several times as I just couldn’t decide they also gave me great advice , great pairing advice as I was buying a gift for someone. They were both patient, well informed, showed great team work as one demonstrated the knives while the other was at the computer giving price advice for each knife being showed . The whole experience was pleasant. These two definitely need a well done . Excellent customer service !

Great service

Went into the Pro Cook at Gunwharf Quays and was immediately greeted by the members of staff. They were all so incredibly helpful. There’s nothing worse than being ignored when you enter or being badgered by an over zealous assistant so it made for such a pleasant atmosphere.

It’s okay. Not fantastic. Do I feel welcome? Sort of. When I queried about the length of table cloths. I was immediately told about the price of them even before asking. Wondered if I was profiled that I could not afford, more concerned about that than the length, colours if the table cloth.

First time in the shop. I was really impressed by the range and the quality of the products. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff was very unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable. She had a stern face and seemed annoyed when I asked questions about the products. I felt I had to hurry and chose what I wanted and got out quickly. She had no knowledge about products she is selling. I felt she would rather be somewhere else and I should not be in the shop!!! Very uncomfortable!!!

Following on from original review and the abject failure of DPD in delivering the knives, ProCook e-mailed me, then called me, sorting the refund quickly and professionally, making sure that I received the customer follow up. Well done Pro-Cook. My wife purchased knives from Pro-Cook in Gunwharf, Portsmouth. So I highly recommend them for their products and exceptional follow up customer care.
