Great service the colleague gave me greay advice so I didnt sharpen my Japanese knives wrong. As there are different ways of sharpening. Products are excellent quality and a good price.

Bought another baking tray at a very reasonable price. No need for aluminium foil as I hey really are non stick.

ProCook always has a great selection of kitchen products
I bought a lovely new Nakiri knife to add to a set. ProCook has a great selection and there are often special offers. I always go there first if I want something for my kitchen and I am often tempted to buy something extra , as I was on this occasion.

I had been having problems with a food…
I had been having problems with a food processor and was getting very frustrated by the time take trying to resolve the issue with the on line/email system that is the ‘Modern way’ So, I gave up and went into the Portsmouth branch to see if they could help. Jade could not have been more helpful. She immediately owned the problem, offered me a couple of options, and nothing was too much trouble.
Bravo! What a breath of fresh air 👏👏👏

STAFF KNOWLEDGEABLE
Staff very proactive in approaching customers without being pushy. Young lady who served us was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Shop nicely laid out and not too cramped or cluttered.
