Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service. Been looking for new kitchen knives which turns out is difficult most places are using cards or the knives are in cabinets.
Rushden lakes however heard my complaint and a very helpful assistant turned up. Offering to let me try a knife. Which I was greatful for then the experience got even better. A knife. A chopping and a carrot. A good service from walking in store to leaving.

Go to the shop and buy
I went to buy a knife sharpener; I got one it good. I went back bought another.
I needed a large gammon boing pan, so I went and bought a stainless steel one, it was good.
A week or so later I needed a replacement wok, guess what? Yes I bought one. I also picked up measuring jugs and baking sheets all seem be of a high quality. It’s not the cheapest shop in the country but it’s far from the dearest. The staff are helpful and polite which you can’t say about Amazon.
Best of all you can pick up the things and feel the quality before you buy, and you can’t do that online.
