Great cookwear
Great cookwear. Well made and robust. Had the same Procook saucepans for 12 years, only changed the saucepans because we moved house and they had a induction hob. Would highly recommend.

IT IS A VERY NICE STORE. THEY ARE VERY FREINDLY AND HELPFUL. AS I WENT AND CHANGE MY PANS SETS THAT I HAD FOR A LONG TIME. SO WE SHOP IN TO PROCOOK. AND TRY THIS NEW PROCOOK PANS AND THEY ARE VERY GOOD.

Supreme service at Southampton
Shopped at Southampton. Initially, Katie listened to all my needs and tried to resolve this. As the dinner service was a clearance item, she could only source one, but we needed 2. She, along with Carly contacted Bournemouth for my husband to buy on Tuesday. There was initially no answer but they persisted. We found that even though we had left the shop, they had made a reservation on our behalf. We have shopped with Procook previously but this service was above and beyond. I have spoken to one of the ladies concerned but feel that when things are so right it should be acknowledged by managers. You deserve to know about your people. We will return. Thank you once again. Karen

I went in to buy a knife after having a…
I went in to buy a knife after having a terrible experince next door in john lewis. I was greeted by friendly staff was shown the knives i had selected and was allowed to handle them. I would definatly return as they had lits of other items ideal for the cook
