We love going in to ProCook! The shop is laid out beautifully and the products are made extremely well. We are saving up to replace all of our plates with ProCooks gorgeous handmade ones.

Fabulous staff
My friend and I were shopping and popped into ProCook. I have to admit my purchase was impulse (often the best), the staff were really friendly, cheerful and helpful to us both.
I have shopped at ProCook before and know their products are good quality but it’s always a great experience when the staff ‘match’ the products!

Good purchase
Saucepans look good, we have only used them a couple of times so far. Scrambled eggs got a bit stuck in the small pan, but came off in dishwasher. Draining lid is very useful and they heat up well; we have an induction hob, so start them off on low heat as you would a ceramic pan. I've not used the ceramic frying pans yet.
We chose these over the over the other stainless steel sets because of the heat proof silicone handle, draining lid and weight of pan which was not too heavy. So far we are pleased with them. Purchased on sale with blue light card, so price was very reasonable.
The salesperson was very helpful at Spalding going through the four ranges we were interested in which helped us to make a decision.
