Friendliness and knowledge of sales assistant. We were looking for a pan to boil beetroot and there was one pan left at a reduced price = result!!

the customer service was brilliant the lady in the shop was very good at pointing out how the product worked and explaining the refund procedure, the item bought exceeds my expectation in its implementation and ease of use.
