The staff at Teesside Park are always helpful.
The staff at Teesside Park are always polite and helpful. The item i was wanting was not on the shop floor but they knew it was on the delivery for that day. The lady said she could ring once they had unpacked the items. I said i was on my way home but i would be back on the Saturday. True to her word she rang me asked if i still wanted the item, i said yes please and i would collect on the Saturday

For mind readers
Bought a Breadmaker from the local procook store. There were no care instructions or a recipe booklet included. Attempts to contact the store for rectification of the omission resulted in no response. Poor customer service imo.
