ProCook - Teesside Avis 

Lovely lady served me. Very kind & helpful.

I had an excellent experience in ProCook. I was served by the Manager of the store (I think she was called Sarah) who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and we had a good chat! She balance my needs with other customers in the store with politeness to all. I bought some gorgeous knives and a block and some lovely pans. All were in a deal and very good value. I will definitely use Pro Cook in Teesside Park again

Great products, really nice new range. 3 stars are to provide feedback on the customer service in the Teesside Park Store - I don’t know if it was just a bad day but Alison could have been a great deal more professional, polite and helpful to us and her colleagues. Luckily Dionne sorted us out in the end and was able to provide the deal that was plainly advertised. Gorgeous cookware tho.

Extremely helpful sales assistant, helping me choose correct set of pans. I had a few questions, nothing was too much trouble for her. She enquired and answered my questions I needed to know. Staff even checked I was ok to carry all the pans back to my car! How considerate is that. A greeting shop and lovely welcoming and helpful friendly staff. Thank you.

When paying for my items i apparently paid towards a charity. This was not mentioned to me by the staff. I wasn’t wearing my glasses so I was unaware of the transaction. I noticed on my credit card the next day, believing it was fraudulent- I cancelled my card. Absolutely disgraceful- I should have been advised that I had a choice to make, when paying for my goods. My paper receipt showed just my items so I left the shop totally unaware!

Great choice of goods with clear pricing. Staff who know what they're doing and only too happy to help if needed. We have been upgrading our kitchen equipment for a while and find Pro Cook to be our supplier of choice.

Lovely casserole/pan which can be used on both the hob and in the oven. Stylish appearance and well coated inside with a non stick surface. Just what I needed at a reasonable price.

Range of products for induction hobs (and other) from entry level (bottom clad, cheaper) to pro (fully clad, more expensive). Do your research beforehand as the staff don't necessarily know / have experience of using induction hobs. Note some may find the some of the (fully clad) pans heavy to use, but alternatives (e.g. cast iron) available.
