What wonderful service I received at ProCook Watford on Wednesday 10th July. The store looked amazing with a great assortment of products. Kudos to Harry, as his expertise and polite articulation helped me to choose two roasting tins and some cooking accessories. This is what great customer service should be like. A treasure box
Welcomed nice and polite way and asked if I need any help. When I said I was just browsing, she just let me alone and that was most appreciated. I bought a few small things, which I was not going to but there was a good selection I liked and I enjoyed my time in the shop.

Your staff in the store have no customers focus, if customer asked questions they don’t bother to answer in good manner, you can drive more sales by having approachable and helpful mindset staff on the floor. Your staff in the store didn’t even bother to answer my question.

The shears which I bought twice and exchanged also, are good enough for house work and not for kitchen. Kindly write about the use of shears when displayed in the shops.
