You have to hit $25 before you can cash out; trying to get $25 is like climbing mt everest blindfolded with no rope. I am at $14.80 after 6 weeks. The only thing I keep getting is an email to start the survey, and when you're halfway done, you get booted out and get $0.10 for your wasted time. I can see if it happens once in a while, but every survey??. I really thought this was gonna be a good survey site, but not so much. It's really a shame they can't do business properly. They can keep my $14.80; they need it more than I need it.

I had tested a product a bug trap for this company and have returned the product still have not been compensated and no response to my question about compensation

this is not a bad suervey websit until I tried to cash out my 25.00 , conatated the 3 time no response I have pendending request sicnce march not a way to run a railroad at least they coule responses very frustrated

Yet another 5 * incident; I misplaced my redemption email and asked it to be re-sent, and within 1-2 days it was resent! This is typical of my 11 years experience with them! Definitely a survey brand worth being a member.

Once you earn $25, you can cash out, but earning $25 has become impossible. I have been sitting at $14.30 for almost three months now. I receive several e-mails each day supposedly offering surveys. Even if I respond immediately upon receipt, they often tell me the survey is closed. Otherwise, they tell me I don't qualify. They keep telling me if I want more surveys, complete my profiles. When I check my profiles, it says they are all 100% complete. I've contacted them several times. Their only suggestion has been to get rid of ad-blockers, which I don't use. I guess I am done wasting my time.

They were great for so long but lately they have not been crediting my account for the product testing surveys that I have completed. Two surveys, both $10.00 have not been applied to my account.

One of my favorite sites for product testing. I dont get alot but I enjoy the ones I do. U get surveys too. You cant cash out till $25 . The incentives have increased lately so thats a plus.

I got solicited to take a survey as a salon owner, which is a very specific demographic. After finishing the entire survey they said I was not aligned for the survey AFTER I did the whole survey. Total scam. You’re asking for salon owners and then i answer as one and suddenly I’m not aligned? Come on

they were supposed to send my next follow up on may 4 its now may 6 and they still havent sent me my follow up for this month . also its suprising that they got a 4 star rating considering what other bad things people are saying. i alkso think they got this rating because they are paying people on the side. theirs no way they got that rating considering they cant do anything on time and in order. i mean i still havent even recievedmy follow up for gods sake

I have been a member for years but since the new site it is bordering on fraud. Do a survey, finish a survey and expect the incentive but NOTHING. Takes days to hear back from customer no service. It's not worth my time anymore and on a completely different note, only a few months back they were complaining I did not do enough surveys and now when I do them, they don't fulfill their end of the agreement and pay the incentive. The worst of the worst. Do not do this site as you will be sorely disappointing at the lack of professionalism. I truly believe there aren't people anymore at this site but just random A.I. punching buttons.

This site is technically legit... but the money you make expires. You need $25 to cash out, but you could very well start losing money before you're able to check out. So you're basically doin surveys for free. I won't be using this anymore because of this. I have cashed out once before, so I know they do pay out... but only if you earn enough fast enough so you don't lose money.

This is a horrible company. They have no customer service department. They have very little surveys. They say they have games, but I never received any points for the games and the levels that I reached. Then they only have one cashout , that's Amazon . How do you not have PayPal or other cashout options. No one even bothered to find out or get back to me about my issue with not receiving points for my games.

They don't credit all completed surveys. I've had 3 separate $5 surveys that i finished and submitted but never received credit for. I did accumulate enough eventually to cash out a $25 amazon gift card, but that took 4 months. I was not impressed by this site.

Product Report Card has really disappointed me. I'm receiving tons of survey invitations and hardly qualify only receiving 10 cents. It takes forever to reach $25 and my points were deducted when I had $15, the reason was it was over a certain amount of time but how can I even cash out when I'm not qualifying. I want to feel appreciated for my time. It was a waste of my time so I left the company.

This site used to be so good, then they did an overhaul of the UI (which is fine) and it borked up everything. Suddenly, I get disqualified from every survey, or told I need to switch to Chrome (and Chrome only, Firefox and Edge won't work) to complete surveys I had no issues completing on Firefox before. So I went from being able to do nearly all surveys, to not being able to complete any of them. They're still solid for payment and that comes through email pretty fast, but I hate that their new UI has become so exclusionary for anyone unwilling to use Chrome (and I have good reasons not to).

Took the survey with incentive of $30, and then it told me I was not qualified to take the survey after I completed it.

The last few days can not log in to my account it just goes to the sign up page even from here the link is to the signup page. Usually i can get in to my account through the email for surveys. Even directly goes to sign up page. Finally took my password only to a new startup account. I have sent several emails to support and never get acknowledged.

I am so Happy with Product Report Card it's been a wonderful experience really enjoy all the product testing opportunities. I also appreciate Customer service is responsive and will reach out if you have any questions or concerns. I am definitely looking forward to the new features coming soon . Thank you PRC

One of the best paying survey sites I’ve tried! Product Report Card offers a excellent mix of surveys and product testing opportunities. I’ve even been invited to test real products at home, which was a fun bonus. Payouts are reliable, and the surveys feel more thoughtful than on other platforms. It’s a great way to earn a little extra if you’re consistent.

I like taking surveys. Incredible way get give out my opinion.
