I love doing product review surveys and receiving products for review. However their surveys are a bunch of crap. Half you aren't qualified for. The other half you only submit your gender and your excluded or the other half you get all the way to the end and it's only a .10 cents because you still didn't qualify. Orrrrr the survey is just purely closed. It's frustrating.

One of the better-paying survey sites I’ve tried! ProductReportCard offers a good mix of surveys and product testing opportunities. I’ve even been invited to test real products at home, which was a fun bonus. Payouts are reliable, and the surveys feel more thoughtful than on other platforms. It’s a great way to earn a little extra if you’re consistent.

ProductReportCard is the best! I have cashed out many times and always received the reward quickly. I even got to test a few products as well. Support is always helpful if you ever have a problem. I highly recommend them! It's the best online survey site that I have ever used.

After completing about 40 tasks on ProductReportCard, including product reviews, movie reviews, and surveys, I strongly advise against using their platform. My experience points to fraudulent payment avoidance, a common issue where users invest significant time only to be disqualified or have their payments withheld. This pervasive problem affects many users and will likely lead to a class-action lawsuit.

Anytime I have taken a survey or tested out a product, I received my reward. If I ever had any trouble or questions with anything, someone always helped me. I enjoy trying out products and being able to give honest feedback about them.

I am a big fan of product report card. I've been able to earn quite a few amazon gift cards with them. They are legit, very responsive & I appreciate the opportunity to participate.

I been doing the surveys for several years now. I always get Amazon gift cards they always work . This time I could not get the gift card to work. I am very upset and disappointed.

I've been using PRC since 2022. Depending on how often I have time to do surveys, I cash out every 3 months or so. Over the years I've been able to sample quite a few products. Mostly toiletries.

About 85% of the surveys will let me complete the entire survey, just to end up saying I'm not qualified and only give me .10. Some surveys will even say "thank you for completing the survey" and STILL am told I didn't qualify. That part is very frustrating!! Especially since some take quite a bit of time to complete.

The times I have contacted customer service, the issues have been resolved.

I have been doing surveys for quite some time with ProductReportCard and am pleased with the survey experiences I have had and with the ease of redeeming my points for rewards. Unlike some survey sites that have you wait a long time to actually get your reward, Product Report Card gets you your reward withing days, not weeks.

I like taking surveys on Product Report Card. I just received my first reward with them. You have to earn a minimun of 25 dollars to be able to redeem it. I got an Amazon gift card with my 25 dollars. It took me a while to save up for this reward. Sometimes I do not qualify for all the surveys or they fill up. But I think it is fun to do.

Love testing products I haven’t tried before and earn a little money doing it. It needs to have it so you can cash out at different amounts. Always get my gift card faster than what it says.

I love ProductReport! They provide great surveys and awesome incentives for your time. And if you are missing points, they will accommodate you.

Customer service is non-existent anymore. Have sent three emails over the last week asking where my $25 Amazon Gift card is that I redeemed for on April 14, 2025, it is now May 2, 2025 and still haven't received it, nor have I received any responses to the three emails I sent. That on top of the fact that there are no surveys anymore (or you click it and it says it is closed) is making me want to close my account once/IF i ever get that $25 Amazon gift card.

I have been a PRC member for years. Just loaded my Amazon acct again. Amazon rewards are easy to make through this site if you have a little spare time. The surveys cover many various topics so there is a good chance you will qualify. Some projects are test at home. You get to have your say and help influence things we use. There is a minimum of $25 to redeem but with a lot of survey opportunities, it adds up quick. It also takes 3-4 days processing time when redeeming. These couple of things stopped me from grading 5 star. 4 1/2 stars would be appropriate. Very pleased with ProductReportCard.
