I apologize for the delay in writing this review for the exceptional sofa cleaning service ProLux Cleaning provided us last November. The entire experience, from initial contact to the final result, was thoughtful and impressive.

The booking process was incredibly smooth. I sent a quick inquiry via WhatsApp for Business around 6:45 PM on a Thursday evening, expecting a delayed reply, but someone answered right away. I truly appreciate their swift response. After a brief discussion about the sofa’s condition, a service appointment was promptly scheduled for the following Monday morning. In the interim, George from ProLux sent helpful reminder emails and messages, which was very thoughtful.

Victor arrived within the agreed timeframe and immediately conducted a quick assessment before starting the cleaning. We could not be more satisfied with the final results—our sofa looks almost brand new again! We also appreciated that he went above and beyond by cleaning a small section of the surrounding floor area, even though it wasn't necessary. Another thoughtful touch!
We asked Victor if they offered carpet cleaning services, and he confirmed they absolutely do! He politely directed us to contact their Customer Support team to book our next service, explaining their organized procedure ensures every booking is handled systematically by the relevant department. This structured approach highlights their professionalism and thoughtfulness!

I called this 24/7 carpet cleaning company after my dog had an accident on the carpet. They gave me a rough idea of when they’d arrive and kept me updated along the way. The technician who came was very polite, explained everything clearly, and put me at ease. The carpet was cleaned quickly and efficiently, and you’d never know there had been a mess there at all. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

Vlad cleaned our three piece suite yesterday and we are very pleased with the result. There were areas on the arms which required more attention from hands resting on them and these are now perfectly clean. The backs of the armchairs also needed more work as they had hair products on the surface and these are much improved. Great experience from start to finish. Ivy was great when enquiring and booking. My Mother-in-law stepped in to cover the actual clean. The results were better than I ever imagined. The sofa was cleaned too and that was ok. However, the carpets were outstanding. Well recommended.
