Same day service, great experience
I was in a bit of a rush, as I needed to get the carpet cleaned before the removers arrived with my furniture into my new flat. I could get a same-day appointment at a very reasonable price, and the technician went above and beyond to remove all stains. He also took some time to explain that some stains were due to the age and usage. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received and I will certainly call them again when my carpet needs a bit of love !

Prolux Cleaning are everything they say they are and more. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Polite, professional and thorough. I booked their carpet cleaning service for my mum’s carpets/rugs and spoke with a very helpful and friendly lady in their office who made everything very simple for me. Their very friendly and helpful operative Viktor arrived on time (which was great) he worked wonders and we were both so pleased with how amazing it looked once he had finished. Quick and reliable. Great results! The carpets were left spotless. Booked them to sort out the mess that the previous, so called professionals, left the house carpets with... Carpets had marks, dirt and not at their best after o years in the property. The team overall was efficient, booking was done quick, their customer service was great! Dimitar has been brilliant, polite, and on spot! Could not recommend enough, will definitely use again when move out. What a great team!

Remarkable results with this company. Tom was very helpful and quickly responded to any enquires during the booking process. Dimitri worked relentlessly for hours to remove stains I thought were there for good. Great experience all round and beat all competitors on price.

Fantastic local firm with great results
I was looking for a local firm to deep clean a very dirty communal carpet in a 3 story building. They came and explained the whole process easily and got started. 2hrs later, i was amazed at how they treated the carpet - it was so good, with no more staines or marks, it looked like a brand new carpet had just been laid. Professional carpet cleaning
The contractor arrived on time, he was friendly and professional with a full range of carpet cleaning gear.
The job took around 40 mins and now looks like new and smelling wonderfully fresh. The carpet was totally dry within 4-5 hours. Will definately use them again
